Role Description The SharePoint Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing SharePoint environments to support DVK Analytics’ internal operations and client projects. Day-to-day tasks include administering SharePoint sites and permissions, designing and maintaining site structures and workflows, and ensuring reliable performance and security. The role involves troubleshooting SharePoint-related issues,



collaborating with IT and project teams to integrate SharePoint with other systems, and implementing best practices for content management and collaboration. The SharePoint Specialist will also contribute to documentation, user training, and continuous improvement of SharePoint-based solutions. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in SharePoint and SharePoint Administration for managing sites, permissions, and configurations.
• Candidates should possess experience with SharePoint Designer for creating and maintaining workflows, forms, and custom site components.
• Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve SharePoint performance, access, and integration issues.
• Candidates should possess a foundation in Information Technology, including understanding of networks, security, and enterprise application support.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, and related collaboration tools is beneficial.
• Ability to document processes clearly, support end users, and work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team workplace.
• Relevant certifications or coursework in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or IT administration are a plus.
