Role : Head of Operations — Empty Container Yard

Location:
JNPA, Jaskhar, near Nhava Sheva Police Station, Navi Mumbai RSA Global is looking for an experienced operations leader to lead our empty container yard, with responsibility for operations, P&L;, team leadership and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily yard operations, coordinating yard management, container surveys, maintenance and repair (M&R;), and transportation.
• Own the operation’s P&L;, driving cost control and operational performance.
• Lead a large team across shifts, ensuring effective deployment and coordination.
• Build robust customer relationships, resolve operational concerns and support customer retention. What We’re Looking For
• Graduates: Approximately 15+ years of relevant experience, including at least 10 years managing or running an Empty Container Yard (ECY) or Container Freight Station (CFS).




• MBA holders or other postgraduates: Candidates with approximately 10+ years of relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience or meaningful exposure across M&R;, container surveys, transportation, equipment and yard management.
• Strong P&L; management, interpersonal, team leadership and customer-handling skills.
• Flexibility to support operations across shifts and the ability to commute regularly to the JNPA yard. Reporting: Initially to the CEO, subsequently to the Business Unit Head. Interested?
