Experience:
3 to 5 Years in Garment Industry ? Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Fashion Technology, Garment Manufacturing, or related field ?

Key Responsibilities
• Develop accurate patterns for knitted garments using CAD systems (Lectra, Gerber/Optitex preferred)
• Ensure fit, balance, and construction of garments align with buyer requirements
• Work closely with sampling, merchandising, and production teams to ensure smooth development
• Make pattern corrections based on fit comments and approvals
• Maintain pattern library and documentation for future reference
• Robust understanding of garment construction, shrinkage, and fabric behavior ?
