Role Description The TRC Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at the JNS INSTRUMENTS LIMITED facility in Sanand. This role is responsible for overseeing TRC (Testing, Repair, and Calibration or similar process control) activities, ensuring that all instruments and equipment meet required quality and performance standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a team of technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring workflow, and maintaining documentation and reports related to testing and calibration. The TRC Supervisor coordinates with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.



The role also involves enforcing safety procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining organized work areas and records. Qualifications
• Strong supervisory and team leadership skills, with experience assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and coaching team members.
• Practical knowledge of industrial equipment, testing, repair, and calibration processes, preferably within a manufacturing or instrumentation environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, process instructions, and basic engineering or quality standards.
• Solid organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining logs, reports, and records with attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
• Understanding of workplace safety practices, with a commitment to enforcing safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role in an industrial or plant setting is preferred.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, instrumentation, or a related field is beneficial.
