Job Title: Senior Desktop Engineer
• Responsible for providing advanced technical support for desktop computers, laptops, operating systems, business applications, printers, and end-user IT infrastructure. Experienced in Windows troubleshooting, hardware and software installation, Active Directory administration, Microsoft 365 support, LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN troubleshooting, endpoint security, patch management, and IT asset management. Handles escalated incidents, ensures SLA compliance, maintains technical documentation, coordinates with cross-functional IT teams, and guides junior engineers to ensure reliable and secure IT operations.
