Role Description The Guest Relations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at the NURA center in Kozhikode. This role involves welcoming guests, managing front-desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from arrival to departure. Responsibilities include handling inquiries in person and over the phone, guiding guests through registration and screening processes, coordinating appointment schedules, and liaising with clinical and administrative staff to minimize waiting times and confusion. The Guest Relations Executive also supports billing and basic documentation, addresses service concerns professionally, and promotes NURA’s services where appropriate.



The role requires consistent adherence to confidentiality, a calm and empathetic approach, and maintaining a clean, organized reception area. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to ensure a welcoming and supportive experience for all visitors.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to explain procedures in simple terms.
• Candidates should possess Sales and service promotion skills to provide information about NURA’s screening packages and encourage appropriate utilization of services.
• Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties capabilities, such as front-desk management, appointment scheduling, call handling, and basic administrative support.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in hospitality, healthcare administration, or a related field, along with prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer-facing roles, are beneficial.
