Full-time Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated MBA graduates or Mechanical/Electronics Engineers who are interested in building a career in Sales & Marketing within the Automotive Industry. The candidate will be responsible for supporting business development activities, customer engagement, market research, and sales growth for automotive products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop relationships with 2W, 3W, Commercial Vehicle, Passenger Vehicle, Construction Equipment, Engine & Genset OEMs.
• Identify recent business opportunities and generate sales leads.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve regional sales and revenue targets.
• Handle quotations, negotiations, order closure, and payment follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and product support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and current business opportunities.




• Maintain sales pipeline, customer visit reports, and sales forecasts.
• Travel regularly for customer meetings and business development. Key Skills

• MBA (Marketing / Sales) or BE/B.
Tech/Diploma in Mechanical / Electronics Engineering.
• 4–6 years of experience in Automotive B2B Sales / Key Account Management.
• Must have experience handling key accounts with 2-Wheeler, 3-Wheeler, Commercial Vehicle, Passenger Vehicle, Construction Equipment, Engine & Genset OEMs.
