Role Description This is a full time, on-site Corporate Leasing/Transaction role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The individual in this role will manage end-to-end leasing activities for corporate clients, including identifying suitable commercial properties, coordinating site visits, and facilitating negotiations between property owners and occupiers. Daily responsibilities include handling lease documentation, tracking key lease terms and dates, and ensuring accurate lease administration. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with tenants and clients,



addressing service-related concerns, and supporting resident and occupier retention initiatives. The Corporate Leasing professional will collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide market insights, prepare proposals, and support strategic leasing decisions that align with client objectives. Qualifications
• Customer-focused skills including Client Retention and Customer Service to support long-term occupier satisfaction.
• Lease-related expertise covering Leases and Lease Administration for drafting, reviewing, and managing lease documentation and records.
• Strong Communication skills for interacting with clients, property owners, internal teams, and external partners.
• Experience or knowledge in corporate real estate, commercial leasing, and local market dynamics in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area.
• Ability to negotiate effectively, manage multiple transactions simultaneously, and work independently on-site.
• Proficiency with basic office software and lease management tools; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in leasing or real estate.
