Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer to handle billing and documentation for our fire fighting projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare RA bills, running bills, and final bills for fire fighting projects.
- Verify site measurements and quantities of work executed.
- Prepare and submit client bills with supporting documents.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants, and clients for bill certification and approvals.
- Track billing progress, work orders, variations, and extra items.
- Prepare material reconciliation statements and verify executed quantities.
- Follow up on bill approvals and payment status.
- Maintain proper billing records and project documentation. Required





Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in billing, preferably with a fire fighting contractor.
- Knowledge of fire fighting systems such as hydrant, sprinkler, fire pumps, and fire alarm systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and RA billing procedures.
- Good coordination, documentation, and communication skills. Job

Thane / Mumbai and project sites, as required. Salary Package: 6 to 5 LPA
