About us
RUBIKA is building a new destination for global creative education at the upcoming European Corridor Campus in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, a Nath Group initiative under the aegis of NKERF. RUBIKA France joins the campus as its first Grande École institution, bringing French Design & Digital Creation vertical to India. We're looking for an Admissions Counsellor who enjoys guiding students and parents through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

What you'll do
• Counsel students and parents on RUBIKA's design, animation and video game programmes.
• Respond to enquiries from ads, the website, WhatsApp, calls and events, and follow up until they apply.
• Guide applicants through the admissions process, from the first conversation to enrolment.
• Run information sessions and campus visits, and coordinate with RUBIKA at school and college outreach events.
• Keep lead and applicant records up to date in the CRM, and report on progress.
• Work towards monthly admissions targets alongside the marketing team.



What we're looking for
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong counselling and interpersonal skills
• A student-centric, empathetic approach
• Lead management and follow-up skills
• Confidence in building relationships with students, parents and schools
• A target-oriented, organised mindset
• A bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in admissions, counselling or education sales
• Fluency in English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus Why join us
