Curriculum: Cambridge International Curriculum Are you an experienced school admissions professional who knows how to turn inquiries into enrollments and drive admission growth? We are looking for you NIHOC – The International School is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Admissions Counselor to lead and manage the complete admissions process. We are seeking someone with a proven track record in increasing student enrollments, building strong parent relationships, and effectively communicating the value of an international education. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end admissions process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
• Convert prospective parent inquiries into confirmed admissions through effective counseling and follow-ups.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase student admissions and achieve enrollment targets.
• Conduct campus tours, parent interactions, admission meetings, and counseling sessions.
• Clearly communicate the benefits of the Cambridge International Curriculum and our school's educational philosophy.
• Maintain and manage admission databases, lead pipelines, follow-up schedules, and conversion reports.
• Build strong relationships with parents and ensure a seamless admissions experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to strengthen admissions outreach.
• Monitor admission trends, analyze conversion rates,



and implement strategies to improve enrollment numbers.
• ✅ Who Should Apply?
• Previous experience as a School Admissions Counselor, Admissions Manager, or Admissions Executive is essential.
• Proven experience in increasing student admissions and improving inquiry-to-enrollment conversion rates.
• Strong understanding of the Cambridge curriculum or experience working with Cambridge/International schools.
• Excellent communication, counseling, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• A target-driven mindset with strong follow-up, relationship-building, and organizational abilities.
