About the Role
AM2PM Support is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executives to join our team and handle customer interactions for insurance-related products and services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in building a career in the Insurance and BFSI sector. Selected candidates will receive IRDA-related training to help them understand insurance products and the required sales process.

Key Responsibilities
 Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.  Understand customer requirements and explain relevant insurance products and services.  Generate customer interest and qualify leads.  Conduct effective product presentations and clearly explain policy benefits.  Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.  Schedule or facilitate discussions with the relevant sales team.



 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.  Achieve assigned performance, sales, and lead-conversion targets. Requirements  Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.  Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.  Positive command of Hindi and English.  Prior experience in Telesales, Insurance, or BFSI will be an added advantage.  Comfortable handling inbound and outbound customer calls.  Solid sales and customer-handling skills.  Comfortable working in a Work From Home setting.  Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
