We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Management professional with expertise in ServiceNow HAM Pro to manage end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle operations, asset governance, reconciliation, audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in ServiceNow ITAM/HAM modules, compliance management, vendor coordination, and asset lifecycle governance.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end Hardware Asset Management (HAM) lifecycle in ServiceNow.
• Maintain asset inventory accuracy through reconciliation and audit processes.
• Perform asset onboarding, transfer, refresh, retirement, disposal, and recovery activities.
• Ensure compliance with asset management policies, controls, and governance frameworks.
• Perform periodic asset audits and maintain audit readiness.
• Drive process improvements across ITAM and HAM operations.




• Coordinate with ServiceNow development teams for HAM enhancements, workflows, and catalog improvements.
• Manage vendor engagements for asset procurement, disposal, logistics, and lifecycle management.
• Create dashboards, KPI reports, metrics, and executive-level reporting.
• Ensure SLA adherence and operational excellence across asset management functions.
• Support stakeholders with inventory planning, forecasting, and lifecycle decisions. Mandatory Skills
