We’re looking for a Creative Director who thrives on conceptualizing, storytelling, and crafting immersive experiences across various mediums. This role is for someone who can generate big ideas, ensure top-tier execution, and lead creative teams to deliver outstanding work.

Responsibilities:
1. Concept Development: Ideate and craft compelling concepts for films, interactive apps, web experiences, and digital content. 2. Creative Strategy: Define and drive the creative vision for projects, ensuring innovation and alignment with brand objectives. 3. Quality Oversight: Review and refine storyboards, moodboards, and designs created by designers to maintain high creative standards. 4. Project Leadership: Work closely with directors, designers, developers, and writers to ensure seamless execution of creative projects. 5. Storytelling & Visual Direction: Shape narratives and ensure cohesive visual language across all mediums. 6. Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand their vision, pitch ideas,



and present creative concepts. 7. Team Mentorship: Guide and inspire the creative team to push boundaries and elevate the quality of output.

Requirements:
1. 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role in film, digital content, interactive design, or related fields. 2. Solid portfolio showcasing work across films, web, apps, and interactive media. 3. Exceptional ability to conceptualize visually compelling, emotionally engaging stories and experiences. 4. Experience with design, storytelling, and UX/UI principles. 5. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage creative teams and collaborate cross-functionally. 6. Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other relevant design tools is a plus. 7. A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio strength).
