Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned Investment Operations leader with 12+ years of experience across investment operations, fund accounting, portfolio operations, or wealth management operations. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end investment operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of investment data, accounting, reconciliations, reporting, and operational controls. The individual will work closely with internal stakeholders, family office teams, investment managers, custodians, and other external service providers. The ideal candidate should bring strong operational leadership, investment product knowledge, process governance, and experience in managing large and complex investment portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage investment operations team across multiple asset classes and investment structures.
• Oversee investment transaction processing, trade lifecycle, settlements, corporate actions, cash movements, and position management.
• Manage investment accounting, portfolio reconciliation, and NAV / valuation-related activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of investment positions, cash, transactions, and holdings with custodians and external data sources.
• Review and validate investment data received from custodians, brokers, fund managers, and other third-party sources.
• Establish and strengthen operational controls,



SOPs, governance frameworks, and quality checks.
• Identify process gaps and drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage operational risk, exception management, and resolution of complex investment-related issues.
• Partner with technology/product teams to define business requirements and enhance investment operations workflows within AtlasFive®.
• Lead client / stakeholder discussions and provide operational insights and solutions for complex family-office requirements.
• Manage relationships with custodians, fund administrators, investment managers, brokers, and other external stakeholders.
• Drive timely resolution of breaks, reconciliation issues, data discrepancies, and transaction exceptions.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, SLAs, operational dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of investment operations professionals.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, audit requirements, regulatory expectations, and data-quality standards.
• Support new client / portfolio onboarding, transition activities, and implementation of new investment products and processes. Key Skills & Competencies




• Strong expertise in Investment Operations / Investment Accounting / Fund Accounting / Portfolio Operations.
• Strong understanding of the complete investment lifecycle – trade capture, settlement, reconciliation, valuation, corporate actions, and reporting.
• Experience working with multiple asset classes and complex investment structures.
• Experience in managing team and high-value investment portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of investment accounting concepts, financial statements, and reconciliation processes.
• Proven experience in process transformation, automation, and operational excellence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder and client-management skills.
• Robust people-management and team-building experience.
• Ability to work effectively with technology/product teams in a FinTech environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and decision-making skills. Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
• CA / CFA / MBA / equivalent professional qualification preferred. Experience 12+ years of relevant experience in Investment Operations, Investment Accounting, Fund Accounting, Portfolio Operations, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Family Office, or a related financial-services environment.
