Job Title: Salesforce Architect Role Overview We are looking for a Salesforce Architect to design scalable Salesforce solutions and guide technical delivery. Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud knowledge and hands-on implementation experience are mandatory. The role involves working with business stakeholders, translating requirements into solution designs and guiding development teams through implementation.

Key Responsibilities
• Own Salesforce solution architecture, including data models, security, integrations and automation.
• Design Sales Cloud solutions covering Lead, Account, Contact and Opportunity Management, lead conversion, sales processes, forecasting and reporting.
• Gather business requirements and prepare solution designs, architecture diagrams and technical specifications.
• Define appropriate solutions using standard Salesforce capabilities, configuration and custom development.
• Guide developers working with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows and integrations.
• Review code and solution designs for scalability, performance, security and maintainability.
• Design integrations with enterprise applications using APIs and middleware.
• Oversee data migration, deployment planning and release management.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams and stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Provide technical leadership,



mentoring and guidance on Salesforce best practices. Mandatory Skills and Experience
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Technical Architect.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, supported by hands-on implementation experience.
• Experience designing and delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
• Solid knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, asynchronous processing and Salesforce governor limits.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, approval processes, validation rules and automation design.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modelling, role hierarchy, permission sets and sharing architecture.
• Experience designing REST/SOAP integrations, authentication and error-handling approaches.
• Knowledge of data migration, large data volumes and performance optimization.
• Experience with Git, Salesforce CLI and CI/CD processes.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect or relevant consultant certifications.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
• Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud or CPQ.
• Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft.
