Role Description The Project Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring technical projects related to ship management systems, digitization initiatives, inventory solutions, and customized software deployments. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams and clients, developing project plans and schedules, tracking progress against milestones, and ensuring technical requirements are met.



The Project Engineer will review system design and electrical specifications, support installation and integration activities, and troubleshoot technical issues during implementation. The role also involves preparing project documentation, contributing to process improvements, and providing clear communication on project status, risks, and deliverables. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Project Planning skills.
• Candidates should possess solid Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills.
• Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills.
• Relevant experience in marine, industrial automation, or software implementation environments is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or related field) or an equivalent technical discipline is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with project management tools and basic understanding of ERP or asset management systems is an advantage.
