Position Overview We are looking for a highly creative, energetic, and tech-fluent Social Media & Content Creation Lead to drive our digital brand presence. In this role, you will own MOZARK’s social channels, run integrated campaigns, and produce engaging multimedia content—from video creation to graphic posts and thought leadership content. If you live and breathe social trends, are adept at AI-powered video and visual creation tools, and can break down complex technology into compelling stories, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Video Production
• Conceptualize, film, and edit engaging short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, visual product explainer snippets, behind-the-scenes, tech break-downs).
• Leverage AI generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, HeyGen, Sora, Canva, Adobe Suite) to produce eye-catching imagery and videos at scale.
• Write concise, impactful, and conversational copy tailored for B2B tech audiences across platforms like LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Instagram. 2. Social Media & Campaign Management
• Own the complete content calendar: scheduling, posting,



and optimizing content distribution.
• Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel brand awareness and demand generation campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics across all channels, continuously optimizing for engagement, reach, and brand authority. 3. Community & Brand Advocacy
• Engage actively with industry leaders, tech enthusiasts, and followers to build an active digital community.
• Stay ahead of platform algorithms, viral formats, memes, and emerging trends, quickly adapting relevant trends to fit MOZARK's brand voice. What We Are Looking For
