Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Kolkata. The Sales Manager will oversee business development activities, including identifying prospects, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for advertising, marketing, and digital services. Daily responsibilities include building and managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams such as account management, creative, media, and production to ensure successful delivery of campaigns. Qualifications




• Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and deal closing.
• Experience in client relationship management
• Knowledge of advertising and marketing services, such as media planning, digital marketing, creative campaigns, and PR, with the ability to position these offerings effectively.
• Proficiency in sales planning and analysis, including target setting, forecasting, performance reporting, and use of CRM or sales management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Prior experience in advertising, media, or marketing services, preferably in an agency environment, is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in the Kolkata and travel locally for client meetings as needed.
