Education:
Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream
Key Responsibilities
• Document splitting, indexing, scrubbing, and classification.
• Upload post-closing loan packages to investor portals.
• Review and clear investor conditions.
• Handle Conventional, FHA, and VA loan programs.
• Coordinate with business partners, underwriters,
and title companies.
• Manage MERS registration, warehouse transitions, purchase advice reviews, and trailing documents. Required
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of the US mortgage lifecycle, post-closing requirements, and investor guidelines.
• Familiarity with Encompass, Calyx Point, or similar mortgage software is an advantage.
