Alphadroid Is Hiring Position: Inventory Manager – Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Experience:
10+ Years Work Mode: Full-time, Work from Office Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities
• Manage Raw Materials (RM), Work-in-Progress (WIP), and Finished Goods (FG) inventory.
• Ensure timely item code creation and issuance as per approved BOMs and technical specifications.
• Maintain accurate stock records and reconcile physical inventory with ERP data.
• Manage GRNs, material issuance, stock transfers, and ERP transactions.
• Conduct cycle counts, physical stock audits, and inventory ageing reviews.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Finance teams.
• Monitor material shortages, excess stock, obsolete inventory, and material traceability.




• Prepare inventory MIS reports and ensure warehouse discipline.
• Monitor logistics costs, transportation efficiency, and timely deliveries.

Requirements:
• Graduate in a relevant discipline; Supply Chain or Engineering background preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in manufacturing.
