Role Description This is a full-time, in office DGCA-Certified Drone Instructor / Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) Instructor – Small Class role based in Kochi. The instructor will conduct classroom and field training sessions on drone operations, safety, and regulations for small batches of learners, ensuring individual attention and practical competency. Daily responsibilities include planning lesson content, demonstrating drone piloting techniques, supervising live flying sessions, and assessing trainee performance against DGCA standards. The role involves maintaining training drones and equipment,



updating training materials in line with regulatory changes, and supporting learners with exam preparation and certification processes. The instructor will collaborate with the training division to refine curricula, document training outcomes, and contribute to a culture of safe, compliant, and innovative drone use. Qualifications
• Strong operational skills in Drone Piloting and Piloting, with the ability to demonstrate and teach safe flight maneuvers and emergency procedures.
• Hands-on experience with Drones and UAV platforms, including pre-flight checks, basic troubleshooting, and adherence to DGCA and local regulations.
• Proficiency in Aerial Photography and related payload operations, enabling trainees to capture usable data and imagery for surveying or inspection tasks.
• Valid DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) and experience as an instructor or trainer in aviation, drone operations, or technical fields.
• Clear communication and instructional skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to learners of varied backgrounds in small class settings.
• Comfort working on-site in outdoor environments, with a focus on safety, situational awareness, and equipment care.
• Familiarity with GIS, mapping workflows, or data collection processes is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in engineering, geospatial sciences, aviation, or related disciplines preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
