Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for all employees.




• Management of Attendance/ Leave records – Software
• TDS/ PF/ESIC/PT Calculation
• Process full and final settlements for employees leaving the organisation.
• Calculate pending salary, notice pay, leave encashment, incentives, bonuses, recoveries, and other applicable dues.
• Ensure accurate settlement calculations and timely payment as per company policy and applicable law.
• Calculate monthly TDS on salaries based on the applicable tax regime and relevant tax provisions.
• Assist internal and external auditors by providing payroll registers, supporting documents, and statutory records. ?

10:00 AM to 07:00 PM ? Working Days : Monday to Saturday (2 & 4 Saturday Off) ✅ Required Skills Excellent knowledge of MS. Office (Excel, Word), Payroll Software knowledge ? Education Qualification
- Graduation mandatory ?️ Candidates from western line preferred.
