Head of Maintenance & Repair (M&R;) — Empty Container Yard

RSA Global’s JNPA yard, Jaskhar, near Nhava Sheva Police Station, Navi Mumbai We are looking for an experienced leader to head our Maintenance & Repair (M&R;) operations, combining strong technical expertise with commercial accountability and team leadership. With anticipated M&R; volumes expected to reach 25,000 TEUs per month, this role will lead a significant part of our empty container yard business, driving quality, productivity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead M&R; operations and a large team across a 24/7 operating schedule.
• Own P&L; performance, service quality and operational productivity.
• Apply hands-on technical expertise to guide repairs, assess team capabilities and maintain standards.
• Oversee manpower deployment, material management and ground operations.
• Improve material utilisation and reduce wastage while maintaining repair quality. What We’re Looking For
• 15+ years of relevant experience in a similar role,



managing a substantial portfolio of shipping lines, NVOCCs and container leasing companies.
• At least 10 years of management experience with P&L; responsibility.
• Essential technical knowledge of dry, special, reefer and tank container M&R;, supported by hands-on experience at some stage of your career.
• Experience managing a P&L; at approximately ₹100 crore scale or above is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and coordinate operations across shifts.
• Robust interpersonal skills and sound judgment on quality, productivity and material utilisation.
