5-7 Years Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with expertise in Finance Technology to perform thorough analysis and articulation of risk model data requirements. The ideal candidate will identify and understand specific data quality issues, ensuring effective data delivery to users through standard tools. This role involves working with large datasets and requires a solid understanding of internal and external regulations related to credit risk. Responsibilities
• Support Data Access & Controls initiatives, including data classification, encryption requirements, security role definition, access restrictions, and ownership of critical and sensitive data.
• Analyze and validate data using SQL and Excel to support data mapping, access control requirements, and business analysis.
• Manage requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and business process mapping).
• Participate in SIT and UAT test planning and execution, validate security roles and access controls, coordinate defect resolution via JIRA, and ensure business requirements are met.
• Gather, analyze,



and document business requirements related to data governance initiatives.
• Perform thorough analysis and articulation of risk or Finance Tech model data requirements.
• Identify and understand specific data quality issues to ensure effective delivery of data to users using standard tools.
• Work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching. Mandatory Skills
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel (7 to 10 years of experience).
• Experience in managing requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and business process mapping).
• Experience in SIT and UAT test planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of data governance initiatives.
• Ability to analyze and articulate risk or Finance Tech model data requirements.
• Experience in identifying data quality issues. Preferred Skills
• Conceptual knowledge of ETL and data warehousing.
• Basic knowledge of Java. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
