Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for driving online sales and optimizing Boon’s digital commerce presence. This role manages product listings, pricing, and promotions across marketplaces and the brand’s own website, ensuring accurate content, compelling visuals, and strong merchandising. The Ecommerce Specialist monitors daily performance metrics, analyzes traffic and conversion data, and recommends actions to improve customer journeys and revenue. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with marketing for campaigns, aligning inventory and fulfillment with operations,



responding to platform-related customer queries, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all ecommerce touchpoints. The role also involves tracking competitor activity, implementing best practices for SEO within product pages, and preparing regular performance reports for internal stakeholders. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid E-Commerce skills, including marketplace management, product listing optimization, and familiarity with online retail platforms.
