Role Description This is a full-time, in office Service Engineer role based in the Pune Division. The Service Engineer will perform installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair of industrial air compressors, air dryers, filters, and associated equipment at customer locations. Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, conducting root-cause analysis, and providing timely field service and technical support to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime. The role involves preparing service reports, maintaining documentation, coordinating with the internal team for spare parts and upgrades,



and communicating clearly with customers on service findings and recommendations. The Service Engineer will also support energy-saving initiatives, adhere to safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Candidates should possess Field Service experience, including on-site visits, customer interaction, and service reporting.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
• Candidates should possess Technical Support capabilities, including remote guidance, problem resolution, and escalation when needed.
• Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair skills for industrial equipment, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering (or related field).
• Knowledge of industrial compressors, air dryers, and compressed air systems is highly beneficial.
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and electrical/mechanical schematics.
• Willingness to travel within the Pune Division and occasionally to nearby regions as required.
