Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhavani. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and maintaining robust relationships with existing customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales calls and meetings, presenting product and service offerings, managing follow-ups, and supporting negotiation and closing activities. The specialist will contribute to marketing initiatives by assisting in campaign planning, collecting market feedback, and sharing insights to refine messaging and strategy.



Additional tasks include coordinating product or service training for customers, collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience, and preparing regular reports on sales performance and market trends. Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, understand customer needs, and deliver clear, professional interactions.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to generate leads, manage pipelines, and support closing and retention activities.
• Ability to deliver Training to customers or team members on products, services, and best practices.
