Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pre Sales role based in Coimbatore. The Pre Sales professional will engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, demonstrate automation solutions, and support the design of tailored proposals. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, preparing presentations and solution overviews, coordinating with technical and sales teams, and responding to customer inquiries. The role involves conducting product demos, participating in client meetings, documenting requirements, and contributing to RFP/RFI responses.



The Pre Sales professional will also maintain accurate records in CRM tools and collaborate to improve sales processes and customer experience. Qualifications
• Robust Analytical Skills to assess client requirements, interpret data, and propose appropriate automation solutions.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, present solutions clearly, and manage expectations professionally.
• Consulting and Presales expertise to conduct discovery sessions, design solution approaches, and support the sales cycle from lead to closure.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, engineering, and implementation teams.
• Comfort with technology, automation systems, or smart home/commercial solutions; prior experience in a technical sales or pre-sales role is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM and presentation tools.
• Willingness to work on-site in Coimbatore and meet clients at project locations as needed.
