Role Description The Sourcing Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing commercial and high-end residential properties that meet client specifications and business objectives. Daily activities include scouting and listing properties, maintaining relationships with property owners and developers, negotiating commercial terms, and coordinating site visits for clients. The role also involves analyzing market trends, maintaining accurate property databases, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction closure. The Sourcing Manager is expected to uphold professional ethics, provide transparent and timely communication to stakeholders,



and contribute to the growth of RRE’s portfolio in Nagpur and surrounding areas. Qualifications
• Solid knowledge of local real estate markets, including commercial and high-end residential properties in Nagpur and nearby regions.
• Experience in property sourcing, vendor management, and negotiation, preferably within real estate or a related industry.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with property owners, developers, and corporate clients.
• Proficiency in using MS Office tools and basic CRM or property listing platforms for data management and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present property options and commercial terms clearly.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple sourcing assignments simultaneously.
• Proven capability to work independently on-site, conduct field visits regularly, and make informed decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Real Estate, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• Prior experience in corporate leasing, retail expansion, or banking real estate requirements is an advantage.
• Comfort with working in a target-driven environment while maintaining ethical and non-discriminatory practices.
