Role Overview We are looking for a performance-driven Senior Manager – Content responsible for driving song creation for assigned languages. This role blends creative judgement with commercial accountability. You will work closely with artists and partners to ensure culturally accurate, high-quality songs that maximise performance across platforms. You will be accountable not just for releases, but for results.

Key Responsibilities
Content Planning




• Plan and manage the content pipeline for assigned language(s)
• Guide music partners on song selection, themes, and creative direction
• Maintain release calendars in coordination with Content Operations
• Ensure smooth coordination with YouTube and platform teams for timely launches What We’re Looking For
• 8-12 years of experience in music AV production
• Strong coordination, communication, and execution skills
