Role Description The Project Delivery Manager is a full-time role based in the Greater Delhi Area with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. This role oversees end-to-end delivery of NewgenONE implementations, including planning project scope, timelines, and resources, and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet delivery commitments. The Project Delivery Manager monitors project progress, manages risks and dependencies, and ensures adherence to quality standards, compliance, and contractual requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with clients and stakeholders, tracking milestones, resolving issues, and aligning project outcomes with business objectives. The role also involves optimizing delivery processes, providing status reports,



and driving continuous improvement across projects. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management experience, planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
• Candidates should possess expediting-related skills such as Expeditor experience and Expediting to ensure timely completion of project tasks and deliverables.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to oversee quality checks, compliance reviews, and validation of project outputs.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, schedules, and dependencies across teams and locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, business administration, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate degree or certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
• Proven experience managing complex technology or enterprise software projects, preferably in digital transformation or workflow/platform implementations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaborative, inclusive stakeholder engagement.
• Comfort working in hybrid environments and coordinating distributed teams in the Greater Delhi Area and beyond.
