AI Product Manager
- 1 | Agentic Products and Workflows | Kasparro | Bengaluru Kasparro builds infrastructure that measures and improves how brands appear in AI search engines. Our product is live with paying clients in India and the US, and we're building AI agents and workflows for research, evidence extraction, audits, diagnosis, and verification. We're looking for an AI Product Manager who doesn't just write product specs but gets hands-on building, testing, and validating AI products. Someone who can identify real user problems, prototype multi-agent workflows using coding agents, and work closely with engineering to turn experiments into products that people actually use. If you enjoy figuring out what AI can do, where it fails, and how to turn it into something genuinely practical, this role might be for you.

Location:
Bengaluru, six days a week (five days in the office and one day working from home; no fully remote option) Reports to: Founder COMPENSATION
• Fixed pay: ₹10 LPA, plus variable pay.
• ESOPs: ₹10 lakh grant, vesting over four years, with fresh grants issued annually.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Discover: Define target users, their workflows, and the problems worth solving.



Prioritise opportunities based on user needs and business impact.
• Prototype: Personally build and test multi-agent workflows using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, n8n, or equivalent tools.
• Design: Shape product experiences, onboarding journeys, user controls, and error recovery so users can get value quickly.
• Specify: Write clear product specs covering hypotheses, scope, user journeys, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and rollout plans.
• Evaluate: Compare models, prompts, and tools against a baseline. Run repeat tests, investigate failures, and establish whether changes actually improve reliability.
• Ship: Work closely with engineering to take validated ideas into production, balancing user needs, technical constraints, cost, and latency.
• Measure: Track activation, time to first value, task completion, repeat usage, and retention. Use evidence to decide what to improve, build, or drop. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 1+ years of experience in product, engineering, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents or workflows using n8n or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, AI coding tools, and debugging.
• Product thinking, structured problem-solving, and the ability to test ideas using evidence. OUR TECH STACK & TOOLS AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor. Workflow and agent builders: n8n or equivalent tools. Platform: Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Google ADK, LangGraph, Langfuse. You don't need expertise in every tool, but you should have hands-on experience building and evaluating AI-powered workflows. WHY JOIN KASPARRO?
