About the Role
As Sales Specialist, you will be the link between our customers and our operations and technical teams. You will:
• Handle customer enquiries and build solid relationships with buyers in our key sectors
• Promote our stainless steel and alloy steel portfolio
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and negotiate pricing and terms
• Coordinate with internal teams so orders are processed and delivered on time
• Keep accurate sales records, track market trends and spot new business opportunities
• Contribute to sales forecasts and reports
• Give product guidance, support customer-specific requirements, and take part in training or product presentations What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proven B2B or industrial sales ability, including lead generation, negotiation and closing
• Sales management and training skills to help the team perform, support onboarding and improve processes
• Basic knowledge of metals or industrial products, and the ability to read technical specifications
• Good organisational, analytical and MS Office skills, and a team player who meets targets
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field is a plus, as is prior experience in metal distribution or industrial sales
