Every great restaurant, bar, and club is remembered for how it sounds. We design and install the audio-visual systems behind those rooms, and we need someone who can sell them. You will own key accounts in the F&B; and hospitality space: pubs, bars, lounges, restaurants, and event venues. You will build relationships, spot opportunities, pitch solutions, and close deals. This is a target-driven role with real ownership, and the freedom to build your own network and markets. What you will do
• Win and manage key accounts across F&B; and hospitality
• Build relationships with venue owners, operators, event organisers, DJs, and music communities
• Source leads through events, freelancers, venue networks, and your own contacts
• Pitch AV and sound solutions in person at venues and demos
• Own the full sales cycle: lead, meeting, proposal, close, repeat business
• Track your pipeline and report weekly meetings, accounts, and revenue
• Expand into new markets (we are actively building in Mumbai and Punjab) Who we are looking for

• You care about sound. You notice when a room sounds wrong, and you have opinions about speakers
• You already have a network in F&B;, events, or music, or you know how to build one rapid
• Age and background are open. Experience in F&B; sales, events, hospitality, or music is a plus, but attitude comes first Good to have
• Experience in hospitality, event, or brand sales
• Connections with venues, DJs, event companies, or freelancers
• Knowledge of audio, DJ gear, live sound, or music production
