Hyderabad & Pune Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Shifts: Night Shift (Cab will be provided for both shifts) Hiring for one of the Big 4's Clients Overview We are hiring an Inbound Sales Advocate to engage small and medium business customers interested in Microsoft commercial hardware and related solutions. This role is ideal for candidates who can understand business needs, influence decision-makers, and convert inbound demand into direct sales opportunities through skilled phone and chat engagement. Responsibilities
• Respond to inbound SMB customer inquiries related to hardware and associated Microsoft solutions
• Conduct needs-based sales conversations with business customers and identify purchase opportunities
• Qualify requirements and recommend solutions aligned to customer size, use case, and budget
• Build credibility with business decision-makers and position Microsoft solutions effectively




• Manage direct sales conversations from initial need discovery to next-step agreement or purchase
• Schedule and manage follow-up touchpoints with customers showing active buying intent
• Handle objections and navigate procurement-related discussions with confidence
• Track opportunities, sales outcomes, and customer needs in internal sales tools
• Share Voice of the Customer and market insight with internal teams
• Deliver high-quality, compliant, and customer-centric interactions across channels Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in sales or telesales/Techno Sales
• Prior experience supporting commercial/SMB customers preferred
• Technology or hardware sales experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
