Role Description The Client Relationship Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for fostering robust, long-term relationships with clients and learners. This role involves managing day-to-day client communications, understanding client needs, and ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues. The associate will coordinate with internal teams to support client onboarding, track engagement, and assist in aligning learning solutions with client objectives.



They will analyze feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for service improvement and increased satisfaction. The role also includes preparing client reports, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and contributing to initiatives that enhance client retention and overall experience. Qualifications Eligible experience in
- BPO / SALES / EDTECH SALES (preferred)
• Candidates should possess skills in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations to effectively manage and grow client accounts.
• Candidates should possess strong Relationship Building and Communication skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and convey information clearly.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret client data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to services and processes.
• Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client requests, follow up consistently, and meet deadlines.
• Relevant experience in client-facing roles within education, edtech, or service-oriented industries is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in CRM or customer support tools.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, adapt to evolving client needs, and uphold a learner-centric, inclusive approach.
