Campus Sutra is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead growth across multiple fashion brands in our portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse brands targeting different customer segments — including Cahoot, Haute Sauce, Instafab Plus, and more. If you understand D2C growth, love data-driven marketing, and know how to scale profitable campaigns in the fashion space, this role is for you. What we are looking for :
• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for D2C eCommerce brands
• Mandatory experience in Fashion / Lifestyle eCommerce brands only
• Solid expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads
• Proven track record of scaling revenue, ROAS, CAC efficiency, and customer acquisition
• Deep understanding of campaign funnels, retargeting, audience building, pixels, creatives testing, and conversion optimization
• Understanding of any CRM tool to re-engage with existing customers via whatsapp, email and SMS
• Solid analytical mindset with the ability to read data and make smart growth decisions

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Meta & Google
• Drive new customer acquisition while maintaining profitable ROAS
• Build and improve full-funnel growth strategies
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for scale
• Work closely with creative, content, and ecommerce teams for winning ad strategies
• Manage budgets efficiently and maximize returns
