Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing Specialist role based in Delhi, with a salary up to 50k per month, depending on experience and skills. The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive qualified leads and conversions. Daily responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, running A/B tests, and adjusting targeting, creatives, and budgets to improve ROI. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to define campaign objectives, preparing performance reports, and presenting insights and recommendations.



The specialist will also ensure alignment with brand guidelines, maintain accurate tracking, and stay updated on performance marketing trends and tools. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities for monitoring and optimizing campaign performance.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams and clearly present findings and recommendations.
• Candidates should possess Performance Management skills to set, track, and improve campaign KPIs and marketing outcomes.
• Candidates should possess Performance Testing skills, including A/B testing and experimentation across channels and creatives.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), familiarity with web analytics tools, and a basic understanding of SEO and conversion rate optimization.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, along with prior experience in performance marketing or digital marketing, is preferred.
