Role Description The Staff Nurse role at Everbloom Healthcare Pvt Ltd is a full time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Staff Nurse will provide direct patient care to senior citizens, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting with daily living activities, and coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, implementing care plans, educating patients and families on health management, and following infection control and safety protocols.



The role also involves supporting wellness programs, responding to emergencies, and contributing to a supportive, patient-centered environment within the facility. Qualifications
• Clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and basic life support.
• Experience in geriatric or adult care, including managing chronic conditions and promoting healthy aging.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation, follow clinical protocols, and adhere to quality and safety standards.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with the ability to provide emotional support and build trust with senior patients.
• Diploma or degree in Nursing from a recognized institution; valid nursing registration/license as per local regulations.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by patient care needs.
• Prior experience in hospital, clinic, or elderly care settings is preferred but not mandatory.
