About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Consultant / Senior Consultant – Adobe Target to join our MarTech Solutions practice. In this role, you will lead the technical strategy, design, and execution of client-side personalization and A/B testing activities for global enterprise clients. You will bridge the gap between digital strategy, front-end software engineering (JavaScript/DOM manipulation/SPA frameworks), tag management architecture, and modern Adobe Experience Cloud integrations (AEP Web SDK, A4T, CJA).

Key Responsibilities
• Adobe Target Implementation & Execution: Architect, author, and deploy complex A/B tests, Multivariate Tests (MVT), Experience Targeting (XT), Automated Personalization, and Recommendations across web and mobile properties.
• Front-End Development: Write clean, performance-optimized, client-side JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3 code to dynamically manipulate DOM elements and render offer variants without latency or flickering.
• SPA Experimentation: Implement and debug Adobe Target activities within modern Single Page Application (SPA) architectures (ReactJS, Angular, Vue.js), managing route changes and virtual view updates seamlessly.
• Tag Management & Platform Integration: Design, configure, and maintain tag rules, data elements, and extensions in Adobe Launch / Tags and modern AEP Web SDK (alloy.js).
• Analytics & A4T Alignment: Connect Adobe Target with Adobe Analytics (A4T); configure eVars, props, events, processing rules, and workspace dashboards to establish a single source of truth for test reporting.
• Experimentation Strategy & CRO: Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to define test hypotheses, calculate sample sizes, establish statistical confidence models,



and deliver actionable ROI/lift insights. Mandatory Skill Requirements
• Adobe Target Implementation & Configuration: Hands-on experience with Target activity creation, profile scripts, custom parameters, mbox setups, and Web SDK delivery.
• A/B Testing, MVT & Personalization: Deep understanding of hypothesis creation, audience segmentation, traffic allocation, and experimentation methodologies.
• Front-End Stack (JavaScript, HTML, CSS & jQuery): Expert-level client-side JavaScript (ES6+), DOM manipulation, MutationObserver, and CSS/HTML layout modifications.
• SPA Framework

Experience:
Demonstrated experience implementing experimentation and tracking across ReactJS, Angular, or Vue.js applications.
• Tag Management (Adobe Launch / Tags): Hands-on experience building tagging rules, data elements, data layers, and managing launch extensions.
• Adobe Analytics / A4T Integration: Proven track record integrating Target with Adobe Analytics (A4T) and configuring workspace reporting.
• Campaign Optimization & ROI Understanding: Ability to track conversion funnels, calculate uplift, analyze statistical significance, and present ROI to executive stakeholders. Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: Adobe Certified Expert / Professional / Master (Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics Developer, or AEP) is a major plus.
