Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our Order Processing Domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the reliability, scalability, security, and cost optimization of the infrastructure supporting our Order Processing platform. This role focuses on infrastructure and platform operations. You will work closely with Tech Leads and development teams to ensure our applications are deployed, monitored, and operated efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the infrastructure and operational environment of the Order Processing platform.
• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on GCP.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of all Order Processing services.
• Monitor production systems and proactively resolve infrastructure or platform issues.
• Lead incident response for infrastructure-related outages and drive root cause analysis.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure and hosting costs while maintaining performance and scalability.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters, Docker environments, networking, and infrastructure automation.
• Build, improve, and maintain CI/CD pipelines together with development teams.
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and other automation tools.
• Define monitoring, logging, alerting, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Ensure platform security, access management, and compliance with company standards.




• Collaborate with Tech Leads to support application deployments and production releases.
• Continuously improve operational processes through automation and DevOps best practices. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience leading DevOps or infrastructure teams.
• Solid experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
• Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Bamboo, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems, networking, load balancing, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
• Strong understanding of security best practices for cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with disaster recovery, backup strategies, and high-availability architectures.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Preferred Skills
• Experience supporting high-volume e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of microservice architectures.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with API-based applications and distributed systems.
