About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage and grow our multiple mobile apps through Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should be technically robust, data-driven, and capable of independently optimizing and scaling campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns for app installs, purchases, and subscriptions.
• Monitor and improve CPI, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPM, CVR, ROAS, LTV, and retention.
• Analyze campaign, audience, creative, placement, keyword, and funnel-level performance.
• Identify performance issues and take data-driven optimization decisions.
• Develop and execute scaling strategies while maintaining target CPA/ROAS.
• Conduct continuous A/B testing of creatives, audiences, messaging, and campaign structures.
• Work with Creative & Content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and new growth angles.
• Manage tracking, attribution, events, UTM parameters, and deep links.




• Analyze app funnel performance from Install → Registration → Purchase/Subscription → Revenue.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable growth insights.
• Technical Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads.
• Good understanding of App Campaigns, app acquisition, purchase/subscription optimization, and scaling.
• Experience with Firebase / AppsFlyer / GA4 / Adjust or similar platforms.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets and data-analysis skills.
• Understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, deep links, and app events.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing metrics and funnel analysis. What We Look For
