Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related engineering discipline Preferred Industry: Medical Devices, Medical Assembly Automation, Special Purpose Machines (SPM), Industrial Automation, and Injection Moulding Key Skills & Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, monitor and deliver projects within defined timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Develop and track project schedules using MS Project.
• Manage automated and semi-automated assembly lines, robotics, machine design, inspection systems, testing equipment and line integration.
• Handle mould development, injection moulding trials, sampling, process optimization and approvals.




• Ensure compliance with applicable medical device quality and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, risks, milestones and project performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, international stakeholders and management.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards and status updates using ERP systems and other project management tools. Preferred Skills
• Robust project planning, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, ERP systems and project dashboards.
• Hindi proficiency is an added advantage.
