Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhiwadi. This position involves planning and publishing social media content across platforms, creating engaging posts, graphics, and short-form copy that reflect the company’s engineering and R&D; focus. The intern will monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and assist in building an online community around Elementum Dynamics’ projects and innovations. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting digital marketing campaigns, tracking basic performance metrics, researching trends in engineering and technology,



and collaborating with engineers and the marketing team to translate technical work into accessible social content. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing for planning and executing online campaigns.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging posts and support brand visibility.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for clear writing, visual storytelling, and professional interaction with online audiences.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook) and basic analytics tools is beneficial.
• Interest in engineering, technology, or startups and the ability to learn and communicate technical concepts is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in office in Tauru and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams are required.
