Monastic Media is a D2C performance marketing and e-commerce agency in Piplod, Surat. We make ad videos and run Meta and Google ads for D2C (direct-to-consumer) brands: ₹40 Cr+ in ad spend managed, ₹175 Cr+ in revenue created for brands, 5+ years. As our D2C Senior Media Buyer you own Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram) for a set of our D2C client brands. You set up each account, launch and test recent creatives every week, put more budget behind what sells and cut what does not, and keep the Pixel and Conversions API right so every sale is counted. You turn what the numbers show into briefs for our creative team, guide our junior media buyers, and send each brand a clear weekly report. This is a full-time remote role (India). You work with our media buying team, creative team and brand managers over Slack and calls. What you will do
• Set up, launch and run Meta ads campaigns for D2C brands
• Test new creatives, hooks and audiences every week and put budget behind the winners
• Keep the Pixel, Conversions API and event setup working




• Check ROAS and CPA every day and move budget to what sells
• Brief our creative team on new ad angles from the data
• Guide our junior media buyers and review their accounts
• Send each brand a weekly report with next steps What we look for
• 3+ years running Meta ads for D2C or e-commerce brands
• Have run large monthly Meta budgets for D2C brands yourself
• Strong with Ads Manager, Advantage+ campaigns and creative testing
• Comfortable with the Pixel, Conversions API, GA4 and Shopify data
• Can read ROAS, CPA and margin and act on it
• Clear written and spoken English for client updates Nice to have
• Google Ads experience
• Shopify store experience
