CAP ProjectX is a growing Design & Build firm delivering end-to-end commercial projects across retail, hospitality, F&B;, corporate offices, showrooms and other commercial spaces. From concept development and design to execution, we work closely with our clients to bring projects to life. We’re looking for an Intermediate Architect who can take ownership of design deliverables, translate concepts into detailed architectural solutions and coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard. The Role
* Develop architectural concepts, design proposals and space-planning solutions aligned with client requirements.
* Prepare and review architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed working drawings.
* Develop design presentations, material palettes, finish selections and visualisation concepts.
* Create, review and maintain accurate architectural drawings and technical documentation.
* Coordinate with internal design teams, consultants and execution teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
* Conduct material research and stay updated on design trends, finishes and innovative solutions relevant to commercial spaces.
* Review drawings for accuracy, functionality, design consistency and technical feasibility.
* Incorporate client feedback and coordinate design revisions within agreed timelines.
* Participate in site visits and coordinate with project teams to resolve design-related issues during execution.
* Manage assigned design deliverables,



prioritise tasks and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
* Support senior architects and project leads in design reviews, client presentations and project coordination. Who Should Apply
* B.
Arch graduate with 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
* Strong design sensibility and understanding of architectural principles and space planning.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant architectural design software.
* Ability to independently develop concepts into detailed architectural drawings.
* Good understanding of materials, finishes, detailing and construction methods.
* Experience in preparing design presentations, working drawings and project documentation.
* Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple deliverables, meet deadlines and take ownership of assigned projects.
* A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Experience in retail, hospitality, F&B;, corporate offices, showrooms or commercial interior design will be an advantage. Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualisation or rendering tools will be an added advantage.
