Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day client communication and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Understand client briefs, translate requirements into actionable plans, and ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with internal creative, content, and digital teams to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery.
• Prepare client presentations, pitch decks, and campaign proposals.
• Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars.
• Review content and creatives to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns, social media activities,



and community engagement.
• Prepare monthly reports and communicate campaign updates and insights to clients.
• Build and maintain robust client relationships while ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in client servicing, preferably in an advertising or digital agency.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, digital campaigns, and content marketing.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
