ABOUT THE ROLE
Ever wondered what it actually takes to run a professional social media operation? Not just editing a video and hitting “post,” but managing the entire process from start to finish? This internship gives you exactly that opportunity. You’ll work directly with real clients, managing their Instagram and YouTube presence from start to finish. You’ll understand their requirements, create and edit content, publish videos, engage with their audience, and ensure they’re genuinely happy with the results. This isn’t a “do small tasks and wait for instructions” internship. You’ll gain exposure to the complete workflow: how an idea becomes a video, how that video becomes content, how it reaches an audience, and how you turn all of that into real client success. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Managing client communication, understanding requirements, collecting content, and sharing updates.
• Editing Reels, Shorts, and long-form videos for Instagram and YouTube.
• Publishing and scheduling content using Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio.
• Monitoring comments, DMs, and engagement to build an active community around client content.
• Tracking what’s working, including hooks, topics, and formats, and using those insights to improve future content.
• Managing content calendars and ensuring deadlines and important deliverables are never missed. WHAT YOU’LL LEARN By the end of this internship,



you’ll have hands-on experience in social media management, short-form and long-form video editing, client communication, content strategy, and community management. You’ll develop a practical, real-world skill set that can help you build a career in digital marketing, content creation, and client success. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Must own a MacBook. This is a non-negotiable requirement for the role.
• Comfortable using Instagram and familiar with social media platforms.
• Willing to learn Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio.
• A good communicator who is detail-oriented and reliable with deadlines.
• Proactive and curious. You ask questions, learn quickly, and figure things out instead of waiting to be told what to do.
