About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, results-driven High-Ticket Sales Closer who can convert qualified prospects into paying clients through confident, consultative sales conversations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing high-value deals, handling objections effectively, and consistently converting qualified leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct sales calls with qualified prospects and convert them into clients.
• Understand prospect needs, challenges, and buying motivations.
• Handle objections confidently and communicate the value of the offer.
• Maintain a strong closing rate and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with prospects strategically to maximise conversions.
• Track sales performance and maintain accurate records of calls and conversions.
• Maintain a professional and client-focused approach throughout the sales process. Requirements
• Proven experience in high-ticket sales and closing.




• Demonstrated ability to close qualified deals, with a target closing rate of 30–40%.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Confidence in leading sales conversations and asking for the close.
• A performance-driven mindset with a focus on revenue generation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Compensation & Advantages
